MARTIN MARGIELA F/W 2006 (10) Asymmetrical Wool V-Neck Sweater
A gorgeous and interesting sweater from Martin Margiela's F/W 2006 production. Self-referencing the atelier's earlier work in collaboration with Miss Deanna, Martin brings back his recognizable use of tri-wool reconstruction. The garment is made up of three separate wool knits that are conjoined into one single article. The result is a subtle yet unique sweater that is easily styled in a multitude of ways. As a product of its composition, the silhouette takes on a rewarding asymmetrical shape. The left sleeve and right sleeve slightly differ not only in material but also in their measurements. It is an interesting piece that will have no problem finding a place in one's wardrobe.
