A gorgeous pair of leather pants from Helmut Lang's 1999 production. The garment is rendered in an elegant and high quality leather that pairs well with the silver branded hardware featured throughout. There are a few variations of the 5-pocket leather pant that Helmut Lang produced during his time as a designer. This pair, produced by GTR (GRUPPO TESSILE RIUNITO) can be argued to have a more considered approach to the material and the overall quality of the product then the comparable variations that came later in the early 2000's that were produced after Patrizio Bertelli and Prada acquired greater stakes in the Helmut Lang label and worked to unify the brand and its licensing structures.
The item is in exceptional condition and features no significant signs of wear.
