This piece is constructed of exceptional leather and lightly insulated with an interior batting that is set in barrel columns. This piece was produced by GTR, known for their incredible quality especially when collaborating with Helmut Lang. 1997 is one year into the jeans line that originated in 1996.
The jacket is based off of WW2 N1 Deck jackets and implements identifiable characteristics from them. It features a silver YKK zipper that functions as its central closure. As a secondary/support closure are 5 buttons that run parallel to the zipper. There are 2 exterior pockets on each side and 2 interior pockets.
